Shipping Method

  • Our goal is to provide our customers with good prompt service.
  • Generally orders will ship with in 1 business day.
  • We ship with UPS or United States Postal Service to all of the lower 48 states.
  • Next Day air service is available to most of the lower 48 states.

  International Shipping

  • Yes, we do ship internationally.
  • Shipping rates are calculated after the order is packaged
  • Normally shipping is no less than $16.00 for a small box
  • We will notify you of the shipping rate via phone or email. If you do not respond your order may be canceled.
  • When shipping internationally you can select the pick up option and make a note in the comments for us to notify you of the shipping cost.
  • When paying with Paypal and the amount changes we will need to send a Money Request from Paypal. We cannot charge more than you initially authorized.

Shipping Rates

  • The shipping rates are determined by size & weight of the package.
  • Size of a package is more of a factor then weight.
  • Items which offer free shipping, apply only to standard ground shipping to the continental USA 48 states, and do not include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, PO or APO/FPO.
  • If you want your order to be delivered on a Saturday you will need to call us and we will be able to arrange that with USPS
  • You can find out how much shipping is by going to your shopping cart and clicking on the Check Out button. Enter your shipping address, then click Calculate Shipping to see the shipping costs. You will always be able to see the shipping costs before you are asked for credit card information.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments (and return shipping charges) in addition to a 10% restocking fee which will be assessed at our own discretion. This policy applies to all products, including items that are featured with free shipping promotions.
  • All shipping fees will be shown prior to purchase during the checkout process. Please note that due to size limitations on certain products, shipping charges may need to be added after an order is placed. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to shipment.

What if it's damaged during shipping?

  •   We pack our products well and don't often have freight damage.
  • Occasionally a package will be damaged during shipment from handling. These claims must be made with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
  • If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue can be resolved by notifying UPS


Has my order shipped?

  • After you complete your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us . Once shipped, you should receive another email with a tracking number from UPS or If you do not want a copy of the invoice in the box please make a note in the comments.


  • If you need to cancel an order please send an e-mail to or call us during normal business hours. Include your name and the order number from your order confirmation e-mail. Any order may be canceled without charge until the item has shipped. An item is considered shipped once the shipping label has been printed. An order is NOT considered canceled until you have received a confirmation of the cancellation from us. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs and re-stocking fees (10%) incurred resulting from a cancellation of an order after it has been shipped. This policy applies to all products, including items that are featured with free shipping promotions. Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.
  • Please be aware that any shipping address change which is made after the order has been shipped will incur an additional fee by the carrier which will be passed on to you. Please review your shipping address carefully and ensure it is correct when placing your order.

  • There is a restocking fee of 10% for items returned in its original packaging, plus shipping charges
  • Peak Distribution is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the product has been delivered by the carrier.
